Christmas is coming our way to bring joy to our lives in less than 2 months and most of us must be in the process of finding ways to make it big. Cooking is one activity that must be of primary concern as food is the thing that can enhance the happiness of anyone on the Christmas day. Prepare a delicious and special carrot cake for your kids this Christmas
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons of white sugar
- 1 ½ cups of skim milk
- 1 ½ cups of vanilla extract
- ¼ tea spoons of cloves powder
- ½ tea spoon of nutmeg powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1 cup of wheat flour(whole)
- 1 cup of flour(all-purpose)
- 1 cup of crushed pineapple
- 2 cups of shredded carrots
- ½ cup of chopped walnuts
- ½ cup of raisin
Preparation method:
Take a large mixing bowl and add egg whites into it followed by sugar. Gradually add in skin milk and vanilla. Add all the dry ingredients i.e. clove and nutmeg followed by cinnamon and baking soda. Add flour after that and stir all the contents with a spoon. Then add the remaining ingredients (carrots, walnuts, pineapple, raisins) all at a time. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put into a pan that is greased slightly. Prefer a non fat cooking spray. This completes your special carrot cake. This is indicated by the coming out of toothpick put in the center.
